It's no secret that the pandemic turned the wedding industry into a dumpster fire. I was a wedding photographer for sixteen years, and I loved it. But things have changed, so at the end of 2021, I retired from the wedding industry.
My favorite thing about doing elopements was the bride and groom portraits. I had hours to photograph couples in gorgeous locations. When I retired, I was sad about not doing that anymore. Then I decided, it's time for wedding portraits.

My wedding portrait sessions are independent of your wedding day. In other words, I will not come to your wedding. Occasionally I've received inquiries from brides asking to come to their wedding for a few hours just to do their formal portraits. I retired from the wedding industry for a reason, including stress and anxiety, and I don't want to be involved in weddings.
Instead, we will concentrate on just you and your spouse. This is a day to celebrate your marriage. A day just for you. Family and bridal party members will not be part of this experience, but your fur babies are welcome!
I will guide you through the entire process, from choosing a location to picking out the perfect album. It will be a fun day of taking pictures in your special wedding attire in the location of your dreams. Imagine spinning on the beach, holding hands as you walk through the forest, laughing in front of a waterfall, and frolicking through wildflowers. The possibilities are endless.
Packages start at $700 for local sessions and $900 for destination locations. Custom packages include travel, photography time, flowers, 4x6 proofs, digital film scans, enlargement prints, and albums. I also work with the best hair and makeup artist in the valley, Wildflower Bride.

Northern California is full of gorgeous, epic landscapes from the coast to the mountains. I am based out of Modesto and I travel throughout Northern California, including the Central Valley, Tuolumne County, Gold Country, Murphys, Calaveras County, Monterey, Carmel, Santa Cruz, South Lake Tahoe, the Sierra Nevadas, giant sequoia groves, etc.
I am currently not working in national parks. I am no longer working in the San Francisco Bay Area due to muggings.
