Jessica and Cyrus met during COVID when he came to her home to fix an appliance. He immediately wanted to get to know her, because he thought she was gorgeous and kind. Their courtship was short because they knew from the beginning they were a perfect match.

They chose a destination wedding at Red Rooster Ranch near downtown Murphys, California. It was a beautiful, crisp fall day in November. The couple was surrounded by their closest family and best friends, the guest list limited to ten people. Jessica is from Puerto Rico, and her family was unable to travel during the pandemic. The perfect solution was a Zoom ceremony, where people from around the world could watch them tie the knot.

Red Rooster Ranch is perfectly-equipped for an intimate microwedding. There is a beautiful room inside the main house for the bride to get ready, while the groom got ready in their honeymoon bungalo.

Of course, we had to head to downtown Murphys for iconic photos that show off how adorable this little town is.

We spent most of our time doing photos at Ironstone Vineyard, a famous winery full of beauty and history. They were so kind to allow us to explore their beautifully landscaped grounds, which were full of fall foliage.

While their guests enjoyed delicious food prepared by Red Rooster Ranch, the couple got back on Zoom to talk to their online guests.

The catering was thoughtful and delicious, with a wide variety of appetizers, soups, drinks, and desserts.
